Classes at Sea Star
We have classes for all levels of swimmers at Sea Star. Each class will have defined milestones a child must meet before moving to the next class level. Your child's teacher will determine when a child is ready to move up to the next class.
Infant Toddler
Parents Learn to Responsibly guide the child through life safety skills with the assistance of a teacher.

Toddlers in Transition
Students work with a teacher to help transition into our regular swim lessons.

Beginner Swim
For beginners of all ages 3 and up. Students work with a teacher to continue progression from basic survival skills to proper technique and fluid mechanics of each stroke.

Lap Swim
The next step for swimmers who have demonstrated competence in freestyle and side breathing. Students will also be introduced into back stroke and breast stroke.

Little Flippers
Designed as a stepping stone between lessons and the swim team. Continues skill development and increased fitness, is achieved with a coach in the water to correct stroke and encourage lap swimmers.

Barracudas
Slightly more advanced version of flippers. This hour long workout is designed to be the step before the swim team.

Stroke & Conditioning
Designed to be pre-team. Students learn how to read a pace clock. Understand sets, learn stroke drills.
