TEAM
EXTREME and Youth Triathlon Training Camp is
designed to introduce and engage enthusiastic youth to the three
disciplines of triathlon: swimming, biking and running.
These young athletes will learn the basic skills of:
- Following directions given by the coach
- Interaction with teammates to achieve daily and race day
goals
- Learning how consistency,effort and enjoyment lead to improved
performance and strength
REQUIREMENTS:
All athletes MUST be able to swim 25 YARDS of freestyle, be able
to ride a bike and be self motivated!
Four
Weekly Camp Sessions: $100 per child per week (includes camp T-shirt)
Swim
and Strength Sessions-Monday and Wednesday at Sea Star Swim School
from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Run/Bike
Sessions - Tuesday and Thursday at Moss Wright Park in Goodlettsville
from 9:00 - 12:00 p.m.
